These online group sessions are designed to give you 2 core elements, support and direction for your business. Firstly, you will get an actionable introduction to ideas and understanding based on some of the core business functions (sales, marketing, numbers etc.), combined with simple strategies to facilitate implementation into your business. Beyond that, an open session to discuss and explore your current challenges to find ideas, support and solutions to help you keep moving forward. These sessions will be run by a variety of coaches and run on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. To ensure you have clarity, alongside this, you are offered a 1-2-1 Laser Coaching session to help you overcome any pressing challenges or just to gain focus.
